One of the things that I have been working on lately was to start a new blog page where I can put all my thoughts and ideas from my personal and professional experiences, including what we have discussed during our Thriving Through Digital monthly group discussions....but the ultimate purpose of creating the page is to capture thoughts on how organisations, particularly "analogue" organisations (organisations established before the internet) can thrive in a time of rapid change and how they managed those changes going forward.
